Privacy Policy

This is a courtesy translation. If there is any difference between versions, the Spanish version prevails.

At Digital Survey, a platform of P&S Company Group, we take care of the information you entrust to us. This policy explains what data we process, why, and with whom.

1. Data we process

• Account data: name, email address and password (stored encrypted; nobody can read it, not even us).
• Files and texts you upload: plans, images, documents and descriptions. They may include names of owners and adjoining owners, locations, measurements and coordinates.
• Generated results: technical descriptions, CAD commands and documents.
• Payments: plan, amount, date and reference. We do not store card numbers.
• Technical data: the session cookie needed to keep you signed in, and basic security logs (for example, sign-in attempts).

2. What we use it for

• Providing the service: reading your files, generating results and saving them in "My jobs".
• Verifying your email, recovering your password and sending you account and payment notices.
• Protecting the service against abuse and unauthorized access.

We do not sell or rent your data, nor use it for third-party advertising.

3. Providers that help us

To provide the service, your files and texts are processed by technology providers acting on our behalf:

• Microsoft Azure (automatic reading of documents and images);
• OpenAI (interpretation of information with artificial intelligence);
• the cloud server provider where the application runs;
• Spacemail / Spaceship (sending emails);
• Wompi (card payment processing; card details go directly to the payment gateway and we never see them).

These providers may be located in other countries. We use them through their business services, whose terms limit the use of information to the contracted service.

4. Third-party data in your documents

Plans often contain other people's data (owners, adjoining owners). By uploading them, you declare that you use them for a legitimate professional purpose and are entitled to process them.

5. How long we keep it

• Analyzed plans that never produce a job are deleted automatically after 3 days.
• Your jobs and the plans used to produce them are kept while your account is active, so you can view and download them.
• If you close your account, we delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep (for example, payment records). Backup copies are renewed within a maximum of 14 days.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, restricted data access, protection against repeated sign-in attempts and backups. No system is infallible; if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will inform you.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or close your account, by writing to contacto@pscompanygroup.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies

We only use the cookie needed to keep your session, and preferences stored in your own browser (for example, the voice reader speed). We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Minors

The service is intended for professionals and is not designed for people under 18.

10. Changes

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version here and notify you if the change is significant.
