These terms govern the use of Digital Survey (the "service"), a platform of P&S Company Group ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

1. What the service is

Digital Survey is a support tool for professionals in land surveying, engineering and notarial work. From the plans, images or documents you upload, it produces drafts of technical (metes and bounds) descriptions, AutoCAD commands and other technical texts, using artificial intelligence and automatic document reading.

2. Professional responsibility

• Results are a drafting aid and may contain reading or interpretation errors or omissions. You must review them and compare them with the original plan before using, signing or filing them with any institution.
• The service does not replace the judgment, review or signature of the responsible professional. You are responsible for the documents you sign, seal or file.
• We do not guarantee that results will be accepted by public registries, notaries, municipalities or other institutions.

3. Your account

• You must register with truthful information and your own email address, which you will verify with a code.
• Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done with your account.
• You may ask us to close your account at any time by writing to contacto@pscompanygroup.com.

4. Free trial, plans and jobs

• When you verify your email you receive 2 trial jobs, which show results as a preview, with part of the information hidden and without downloads.
• Any paid plan enables downloading and copying results, including those of your trial jobs.
• One job is used each time a result is generated (for example, the technical description of one parcel, or one description-to-CAD conversion). Reviewing or downloading a result again does not use jobs.
• Prices, the validity period of each plan's jobs, the right of withdrawal and refunds are detailed in Payments and Refunds, and are shown before every purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload documents you have no right to use, or that contain third-party information without authorization;
• use the service for illegal purposes, to forge documents or to deceive others;
• copy, decompile or extract the code, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, data or other people's accounts;
• automate the use of the service, resell it or share your account with others without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The software, design, the Digital Survey brand and its content belong to P&S Company Group and are protected by law. The documents you upload and the results generated for you belong to you; you authorize us to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the service always available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or third-party providers. We may improve, modify or remove features.

8. Our responsibility

We are responsible for the service we provide in accordance with consumer protection rules. If the service was not provided, does not match what was offered, or failed for reasons attributable to us, we return the job used or the amount paid, according to the payments and refunds policy. By the nature of the service, results are drafts the professional must review before using them (section 2).

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that seriously breach these terms, with prior notice whenever possible. If we close an account without any breach on your part, we refund what you paid for unused jobs.

10. Changes

We may update these terms to improve the service or comply with the law. We will notify you in advance by email or within the service. Changes do not affect plans already paid for or their jobs, nor the agreed price: they apply to later purchases.

11. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by the applicable law, including consumer protection rules. Nothing in them limits the rights those rules grant you. For any question or complaint write to contacto@pscompanygroup.com; you may also contact the competent consumer protection authority.
